When you have an issue that does not close out the Software Player, please send us feedback though the Software Player by going to thje Options drop down menu below the play/pause button and the higlighting "Help" and then selecting "Feedback". This should give you a box that shows up where you can type your message and then hit send (submit) and it will go to us so that we can get the information from the Software Player about the error as well as it is being sent.

I'm using the latest version of the Software Player (Slacker Web Player Version:2.0.1596) with the Plus account and I don't see any way of providing feedback through the player. Is this still the preferred method, or should I contact support directly?
