Are they available yet?

What are they, even? What is their purpose/use? Is this the thing I see a picture of on the back of the CD case-sized insert that came with my portable? One obvious thing to notice about it is the landscape view of the song info.

The slacker staff on this forum has already stated that they do not have a time frame yet on the car dock and they are primarily focusing on improving their existing services. They will let us know when they know.

I velcro'd my G1 to my dashboard. Works great! I have access to all the buttons and ports and its right neat the car stereo!!!

The coolest thing about the dock is the fact that you can always easily view the screen. With the player velcroed to your dash, although keeping it from moving it around, you would have to unattach it to see who was playing, change stations, etc. Any Slacker support dudes have any idea of when this might be out, if ever? I'd love to see the totally useless dirt and dust collection hole on the side of my G1 get used for something useful.

I just got a G1 from Woot! and would very much like to get a Dock for it. I see a G2 dock in the Store, but not one for the G1. Did Slacker ever actually make the G1 dock available?

There has never been a dock made for the G1, unfortunately.

New to Slacker Radio...rec'vd as gift from my daughter. Based on what I am seeing I believe I have the G1 model and looking for a dock for it so that I may use it on my desk at work. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
