Question about Radio Plus, I know its 40-something for the year, but is that the only option? As in, can I get it for 3,6, or 9 months rather than the entire year?

Edit: I just got the free few days and I see no other options in the drop down box, in that case, is the Premium three month service still offered? I can't find a link anywhere....

Also, my card was charged a dollar after I signed up the Plus free trial. It doesn't say Slacker, but I havn't used the card at all yet. (Its an Amex gift card) Is there a charge?

Both the Plus and Premium subscription offerings are now only available on an annual basis. If you signed up for Premium on a quarterly or semi-annual billing cycle, I believe you can retain that, but new subscribers can only pay annually now.

I am new to the Slacker world and I love it! Presently, I am trying out the Plus service but am thinking abou the Premium service. i understand that not all songs can be saved to the G2. To those that are using this service, what % of the songs would you say that can be saved? And are you seeing a trend in what can be or can not be saved-like the new songs?
Thanks for any advice!!!

I seriously need HELP. I ordered AND PAID FOR the Slacker Premium radio for my Blackberry. However, I CANNOT ACCESS IT. I only get the free one I originally downloaded. And I have CALLED SLACKER'S 858-943-5000 NUMBER ABOUT 20 times and all I get is put on hold for HOURS. Seriously, I work in a law form and I put the phone on speaker and waited 5 hours for someone to answer BUT NO ONE EVER DOES!!!!

Does anyone know how I can access the radio service I PAID FOR so I can use it? God this is so * frustrating!!!!!

Good Morning,
I believe that this has been taken care of this morning. You spoke to Charles on the phone and he was able to identify the issue related to the fact that the email address you had signed up for and paid for your subscription was different than the one you used to log in. After identifying the problem, we have requested that your subscription be moved to your other email address so you can use that email address and therefore this should have resolved the problem for you. Please let us know if you have any further problems.

Best regards,
