- What is Slacker Premium Radio?
- Slacker Premium Radio includes all the great features of Basic Radio. In addition, you also can do the following: Save radio songs to play whenever you want Skip an unlimited number of songs Never listen to advertising

- What is required to use Slacker Premium Radio?
- You may use either the Web Player by going to www.slacker.com or use the Slacker Software Player. You will need to register with Slacker and create an account. Once you have a registered account, you will be ready to upgrade your account to Premium Radio.

- How do I upgrade to Premium Radio?
- You may upgrade your account to Premium Radio on the Slacker website. On the Premium Radio page, you select from the list of options and click the "Try Premium For Free" button. The screens will then take you through the rest of the process.

- I clicked on the "Heart" icon to favorite a track, and was prompted to "Save" the track. How do I play these saved tracks?
- You may access your saved song on the Slacker Software Player, the Slacker Web Player, and the Slacker Portable.

- I have upgraded my account to Premium Radio but I do not see anything different. How do I tell if I am upgraded?
- You can find out by using the Web Player or the Slacker Software Player. Click "Options" > "Account" > "Manage Account." The section "Slacker Subscription" will display your subscription level. If your account is not showing that it has been upgraded, please exit out of the Web Player or the Slacker Software Player. Once they are closed, restart the Web Player or the Software Player and your upgrade should be noted. For further assistance, please contact Slacker Support by emailing us at support@slacker.com.

- How do I make changes to my Subscription?
- You may manage all aspects of your account by going into the Account Management Screen. You can access this by using the Slacker Web Player or the Slacker Software Player, and going to the "Options" > "Account" > "Manage Account."

- Why aren't my saved songs actually saved to my hard drive?
- The list of saved songs are stored with your account profile in the Slacker database. This enables you to access your saved songs anywhere using the Slacker Software Player, Slacker Web Player, and Slacker Portable.

- Is there a limit to the number of songs I can save?
- No. With Premium Radio you can save as many songs as you want. However, not all radio songs can be saved based on agreements with the content owners.

- I have songs marked as favorites prior to upgrading to Premium Radio. Do these songs automatically show up in my Software Player, Web Player, or Slacker Portable Libraries?
- No, you will need to click on the "Heart" icon again, and select "Save" in order to have the songs saved to your Library.
