First thing is first, I love the addition of ABC News at the top of every hour, huge feature right there. I was thinking about moving over to grooveshark but that feature along keeps me coming back to slacker.

I would like to see if it was possible to expand the ABC News some. He's what I'm thinking. I have a list of podcasts that I listen to that are updated via RSS. NPR, ESPN, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, etc. I'd love to be able to include some of these podcasts in between the music. For example, play 30 minutes of music then do NPR news for 5 minutes, then go back and play more music for 30 minutes, play a clip from ESPN, then back to 30 minutes of music and repeat. I dont like listening to the news for hours on end, but I do like getting updates every so often.

I know this is not possible right now with slacker, but just wanted to throw it out there to see what others thought.

We had talked with many different News Choices before the agreement with ABC News was reached. It's always possible that we'll be able to get other News Organizations on board in the future, but at this time the only one we got things worked out with and were able to come to a business agreement with was ABC News. Unfortunately, sometimes agreements can not be worked out. But we will continue to try and introduce new things to the Radio Plus subscription that we feel brings value to the subscription.
