I downloaded the application to my Storm but it does not show up in my downloads folder or anywhere else on m Storm. I go to visit slacker.com and only get the blackberry radio application is coming soon. What is going on?

Shouldn't thhe application be in my folder of downloads? How does this thing work? I would love to get access to some AM radio stations again for when I'm in grocery stores/lines, etc.

This does not work on the Storm yet, there is a beta version people are using but they have problems as it seems to cut the last 10 seconds off all the songs. I'm sure someone will post the link for it if you can't find it in one of these other threads.

Actually, they're not using a beta version for the Storm, they're using the same version we are on our normal Blackberrys... I'd wait for one of them to jump in here and help you out. It's possible that it didn't install properly, and may need to be re-downloaded and installed.

Also note that Slacker is not internet streaming of regular radio. It's customized internet radio, letting you pick what you want to hear and what you don't want to hear as far as music goes.

So there is not talk radio then correct, Mike?

Well regardless, I wouldn't mind caching some of my faves of Classic Rock....

so people were saying the last 10 secs were being cutoff--I can deal with that. I still need to be able to download the app though and find it on my blackberry Storm.

I think I already downloaded 2x a few days ago and was expecting it to show up in the downloads folder. I'll try again today when I'm around a good signal.

Mine showed up in my Downloads folder, like other apps I have downloaded.
