I tried to create a station with some of the artists you said are in rotation, but they were not found. If they're in rotation they should show up right?

Hmmm, are you saying I'm lying?![]()

I must admit I'm not familiar with the way the "create your own station" stuff works here on Slacker, so I can't say why these artists don't show up when you search for them. But if you go to Trance on the online player, and then click "edit station," you'll see that all these artists are definitely in rotation.
The question about why some artists don't show up when you try to create a station should be directed towards Slacker Support over here.
Some of them don't seem to think the dance section is up to par though

Also, do you know if Slacker will start to add different mixes of the same song to the request section?

Yeah, I see, and sure, satellite was able to throw a bunch of venture capital money at a bunch of stations with live mixes and no licensing worries, and they were good, but that didn't last, did it. ;)
I know all of us are committed to putting some new energy into the Slacker Electronic offerings and I think the lineup is getting pretty good. Hopefully with the help of Slacker proselytizers like yourself, we'll get some of these hardcore fans to give us another chance! Point 'em towards my Trance Top 20 and see what they say!

" So I'd suggest checking out our Trance channel. It's not exactly the same as BPM -- It's got some of the big rave classics (which BPM didn't really do) and also we try to push the envelope a little bit with some edgy new harder and progressive stuff. But the core playlist of new music is very similar to BPM or Energy-style stations, minus the pop remixes.
