I've noticed after doing the storm 5.0 upgrade, that my cached stations will not play past 6 seconds; has anyone else encountered this issue as well? This is even after a re-download of Slacker and re-caching of stations. Everything else works just fine.

Try backing up everything from your SD card and formating it, then install the app and cache stations again.

I have upgraded to 5.0 on my storm, and currently have 8 stations cache. I normally use them in the gym because the reception is kind of flaky there, and haven't noticed any problems with the Cache'd stations with the 5.0 OS.

I'm not trying to hijack, but I have a similar issue in that I can't cache any stations since the Storm 5.0 upgrade (and neither can a coworker). I get a "504: Slacker Network Error" message while in the middle of caching the first station. I've had no issues in the past with earlier OS versions on the Storm and a search on this forum didn't yield a solution. Any thoughts?

I would suggest you try the same thing I suggest to the customer previous to you.

I am running OS 5.0 on my Storm, and have no problems caching and refreshing the stations. It sounds like something might have become corrupt on the SD card and the best thing is to reformat it and make sure everything is good to go.

We have tested numerous Storms with OS 5.0 and haven't experienced any problems with Caching.
